Why this site exists

Choosing a formula is one of the first big decisions new parents make, usually while exhausted, often at 3am, and always under a fire hose of marketing claims and conflicting forum threads. The information you actually need — what's in each can, what it really costs per ounce, what tends to go well and badly — exists, but it's scattered across labels, retailer pages and parent communities.

Baby Formula HQ puts it in one place. Every major US formula, the same honest rubric, side-by-side comparisons, and space for real parents to share what worked for their baby.

This site is run by a new dad — not by a formula company, and not affiliated with any brand or manufacturer. It exists because choosing a formula shouldn't require a chemistry degree and six open browser tabs at 3am. (Legally speaking, the site is operated by Outsource Wisely LLC, a small independent company.)

We're funded by affiliate commissions (see our disclosures), which pay the same no matter which formula you choose — so our only real product is trust. No brand can buy a score, a ranking, or a kind word.
